These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Kawaii Glow (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the customer (“you,” “your”) in relation to the purchase of spa treatments, wellness packages, and related services from our website or physical location.

1. One-Off Services

All payments are for a one-off service or treatment session unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

We do not provide subscription-based services or recurring billing unless agreed in a separate contract.

3. Pricing

4. Payment Requirement

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before the booking is confirmed.

5. Booking Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking, including appointment date and time, will be sent to your registered email address after checkout.

6. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

i. We are not liable for adverse reactions or injuries arising from treatments if all disclosed health and allergy information was not provided by the customer.

ii. Results may vary depending on individual conditions, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

iii. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Governing Law

These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
