    REFUND POLICY

    At KawaiiGlow, we provide aesthetic and skincare services including Luxe Skin Atelier, Wabi‑Sabi Beauty, Light‑Activated Beauty Devices, and Matcha + Peptide Fusion Skincare.

    Due to the nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

    2. No Refunds for Completed Services

    • ·Once a service has been fully performed, no refunds will be issued
    • ·Results may vary from person to person and are not guarantee

    3. Deposits and Advance Payments

    • ·Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable.
    • · Deposits may be:
      • ·Transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed notice period
      • ·Forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-show

    4. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

    • ·The appointment is cancelled within the permitted notice period and no rescheduling is requested
    • ·The service cannot be provided by us due to unforeseen circumstances
    • ·A duplicate or erroneous payment was made

    • ·We are not liable for adverse reactions where full disclosure was not provided
    • ·Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results or reactions, unless determined to be due to negligence

    6. Service Unsuitability

    • · If a treatment is deemed unsuitable during consultation (before the service is performed), we may:

      • ·Offer a credit or refund at our discretion

    • ·Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
    • ·Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
    • ·Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

    8. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

    • ·Clients who arrive late may have their session shortened or cancelled
    • ·No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows
